It was a cold, rainy Sunday night in October, the 18th to be exact. The world was in crisis, riddled with famine and poverty. Anarchy reigned supreme. Then without warning, a thunderclap was heard world wide and Kevin Cassidy's tender lungs filled with air for the first time. Women fell to their knees and wept, men rejoiced and children everywhere and held hands singing, "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley.

They knew that the prophecy of the Roller Hockey player with the widest base had been fulfilled. The training commenced for Kevin at a young age, honing his skills in the street in front of his house, feuding with the Tasjian crew (poor kids who cursed a lot and wore red). It was here that he learned the true strength of his game, the garbage goal. With his immaculate base, Kevin could plant himself in front of the net and not move for days. He then took his training to the mean streets of South Philadelphia at Granahan Park. Along with his judas, rather, his brother, he skated to several championships with the Wolfpac (not the nWo wolfpac). After Kevin ran shit in that league, he sporratically played through high school, losing sight of the reason he was put on this earth, to play for Wasted Talent. Kevin currently lives that dream, and plays on for the Talent. Don't be surprised to see him parking his wide base in front of your net, more than once.

Player Name: Dylan Huckestein.

Nickname: .

Dylan AKA D Huck came out of the womb with rollerblades on and a huge piece of lumber in his hand. Many people told his parents that he was born to clap from beyond 60 feet. Dylan began pursuing this dream at a young age in Indianapolis while playing roller hockey with his neighborhood friends. He still is a legend in the old neighborhood, as even the young kids today have heard the legend of the deep clapper. From 1998-2006 Dylan was retired from Roller Hockey, but when presented the opportunity last year he came back with a vengeance like Mario Lemieux did upon his return to the ice. Dylan currently lives in the boondocks of Maine and since there is nothing better to do, he rips claps at the Moose as they pass by, he even killed one once.
